When it comes to your home or business inspection you want someone who not only can find the deficiencies of the structure but also has the experience in building and maintaining them. My 14 years of experience as an operating engineer (maintenance) as well as my 8 years of construction management give me a unique insight into your property. I have had Welding and HVAC certifications and was a co-owner and general contractor for Bespoke Development LLC.

Meet The Team
Ian Massy
Inspector
Ian has more than seven years of experience in real estate sales, leasing and construction project management in both residential and commercial properties. Starting out, Ian worked as a Residential Property Manager and Realtor® in the Northern Virginia/Washington, D.C. market where he managed a portfolio of luxury properties. Ian was responsible for all of the ongoing maintenance of these homes and served as a project manager for all remodels and construction projects related to his portfolio. Ian holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from George Mason University and his bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University. He has lived in Clark County for more than 15 years.
Ian has professional certifications in Mold Inspections, Pool Inspections, as well as an International Code Council (ICC) certification in Property Maintenance Code. Ian also continues to maintain his real estate license and brings his unique real estate sales experience to his inspections. From Ian’s experience as an agent he knows what agents are looking for in an inspection and provides top notch customer service.
Mike Carrison
Owner/Inspector
Mike spent 4 1/2 years as an Army Infantryman, 12 years as an Operating Engineer, 5 years as a construction project manager with 3 of those years as a former General Contractor. He has held certifications in Welding, Commercial HVAC, and various Heavy Equipment Operating licenses.

Mike's current professional certifications are in Home, Mold, Radon and Pool Inspections.

Mike brings his years of construction and maintenance experience together with an emphasis on customer service. He believes that an inspection is not just a report it is an opportunity to inform and educate a client about their property and provide them with a heightened level of comfort.
